All EarnBet accounts are fully decentralized and non-custodial, meaning nobody but you has access to it. This ensures nobody but you can access your funds, not even the EarnBet team. Making sure you have the recovery phrase in a safe place is also solely your responsibility. If you are already logged in and forgot to backup your recovery phrase you can still view it by:
- Click on the arrow at the top right
- Click “Recovery Phrase”
It will show you your recovery phrase so you can make sure it’s secured in a safe location only you can access.
If this is not an option there is no way anybody can help you recover it as it’s fully decentralized (just like a bitcoin private key).
