I’ve deposited, why don’t I see my funds in my account?

First make sure you send it to the correct address and deposit memo (if there is one). Also check if the transaction has been confirmed by the blockchain. If this is the case you can do the following to try and solve the issue:

  1. Refresh the page
  2. Clear your browsers cache
  3. Try another browser
  4. Try another device (if possible)
