Dividends can be claimed every month if it meets the following requirements:

1. You hold BET tokens that are staked
2. Your portion of the dividends are higher than the lowest possible decimal of a coin

3. Once a month you can claim your dividends here by clicking on the green”Claim Dividends Now” button

The dividends will now be credited to your WAX account or EarnBet account.

EarnBet has a BET token burning program running, which means we are buying back our own tokens from the exchanges and burning them. Burning in this context means they will never be in circulation again. Want to know how much of the total supply is already burned? Click here.

The tokens that are bought from the exchanges to be burned will be send to the waxbetlocked WAX account. The tokens will still be eligible for receiving dividends from the casino. 100% of these dividends will be used to buy back more BET tokens from the exchanges to be burned.

EarnBet is unlike other casinos where every bet takes place on the blockchain. Bets take place through our open source smart contracts, where a cryptographic seed & signature is verified on-chain. We cannot cheat, because it’s cryptographically impossible to generate a signature that doesn’t pass the smart contract verification. The blockchain also leaves a publicly available audit trail of every single wager ever placed on our platform.

Yes, EarnBet has aquired an iGaming License from Curaçao. License #: GLH-OCCHKTW0711072018. You can verify this license by clicking the “GC Curacao” official seal at the bottom of our website.

You submit a seed with your bet, which gets hashed with a unique, sequential bet_id. That hash is then signed by a key pair on our server. The contract knows the public key, and then verifies that this signature is correct. Due to the intricacies of ECC, this signature must be unique and random. This is then used for a provably fair random number. All results can be verified on the blockchain.

Yes. The platform began as EOSBet before changing names in October 2019 in order to have a more mass market appeal. However, our EOSBet brand still exists on the EOS blockchain at eosbet.io.

EarnBet does not ask for any fees at all, you only pay for the blockchain fees when you withdraw which will be paid to the blockchain and not to EarnBet.

We have build a multiple tier system where the longer you stake the higher your multiplier is, the more Stake Points you get. The more Stake Points you have the bigger your portion of the dividends payout (every month) and the lower your your house edge will be while playing. You can read more about it on our website here.

From here you select how long the you would like to stake your BET tokens. Your tokens will be locked during this period. In return you will receive stake points.

If necessary you can unlock your token early for a fee through the emergency unstake button.

4. If your initial stake lock period has passed you will be able to click the “Unstake Tokens” button. If you see an “Emergency Unstake” button instead it means your staked BET tokens have not yet passed the lock period. You can still unstake, but for a fee depended on how much lock time you still had left.

5. Click confirm

Do note that the moment you unstake, you will lose your right to claim dividends in proportion to your lost stake points. The more stake points you have the bigger your portion of the payout. Unstaking might also affect your house edge reduction.

After 24 hours your BET tokens are unstaked.

The “MY BETS” tab shows every wager you made (even the unconfirmed ones). Once the blockchain confirms the transaction has been confirmed it also shows up in your “HISTORY” tab.

Altcoins are accepted natively. This means you can just send your altcoin to the altcoin address given by EarnBet on your account to deposit funds. Once you send the altcoins to the altcoin address, EarnBet will convert the altcoin automatically to a WAX token at a 1:1 ratio and a 1:1 value. This specific altcoin WAX token will be added to your WAX / EarnBet account.

From here you can bet at EarnBet.io just like normal.

Once you’re done playing you can withdraw these altcoin WAX tokens directly to your own altcoin wallet/address. Technically, this means you transfer the altcoin WAX token to the EarnBet contract. From there, the real altcoin will be send to your given altcoin wallet/address also at a 1:1 ratio and a 1:1 value.

For both deposit and withdraw the transaction fees (if any) are paid by the player.

If the game seems over after doing the above you can check the back-end if the last game was handled correctly by doing this.

First of all check if under the “MY BETS” tab you can see the result of the game. It could be that the issue was only on the front-end while the back-end correctly processed your game. You should see the result in this tab and by clicking on the link you can verify the results on the blockchain. If the results are visible on the blockchain you will not be a refund as the game has been finished correctly and provably fair. The blockchain is where the games are taking place and is the 1 source of truth.

If you see no result in the “MY BETS” tab it can be that it needs some more time to sync up with the blockchain. If you see that the result is a win (on the blockchain), but did not receive the payout please contact our support through our LiveChat on our website at the bottom left.

First make sure you send it to the correct address and deposit memo (if there is one). Also check if the transaction has been confirmed by the blockchain. If this is the case you can do the following to try and solve the issue:

Go to the “History” page and select the currency in question. If you see a “view” button of your transaction you can click it to find the transaction on the blockchain. This means the withdrawal was succesfully made by EarnBet and the owner of the designated address now has control of these funds.
